I am the President of RC Kebayoran for 2004 - 2005. Currently we are busy helping the
earthquake and tsunami victims via Rotary Clubs in North Sumatra. You must been heard
about catasthropic natural disaster on 26-Dec-2004. Almost 200,000 died, almost 100,000 of
them are in Indonesia province of Aceh and North Sumatra.
Keep in touch for potential cooperation in the future.

2003. At this time the club was awaiting exchange
banners. I gave the banner from my club,,,New
Stanton-Youngwood District 7330 and am still awaiting

Caro Presidente,
rispondo con una settimana di ritardo, e me ne scuso, al Tuo messaggio/proposta per la
settimana rotariana del Barocco Ibleo. Innanzi tutto congratulazioni vivissime per
l'iniziativa e i migliori auguri di brillante successo. Io non potrò partecipare, e così
temo sarà per la maggioranza dei Soci del mio Club (Milano Sud Est) perché abbiamo un
importante impegno per un viaggio rotariano in Grecia e Macedonia proprio a metà Maggio
p.v. L'evento é dedicato ad un nostro Socio greco, alto dirigente della Du Pont in
Italia, che si é recentemente dimesso dal Club perché, andato in pensione, é tornato a
vivere nella sua Patria. E' lui che organizza questa visita nel suo Paese e i nostri Soci
stanno aderendo numerosi.
D'altro lato voglio dirTi che la maggioranza degli amici del Milano Sud Est conobbe bene
ed apprezzò molto il vostro splendido angolo barocco della Sicilia, perché durante
l'anno della mia Presidenza (1998/1999) io, che sono siciliano, li condussi per 10 giorni
in un giro assai riuscito della nostra isola e passammo 4 dei 10 giorni proprio fra
Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Noto, Kamarina etc. Era mia intenzione mostrare loro qual'é il
vero aspetto e il migliore contenuto della nostra terra: e ci riuscii, convincendo anche
coloro che erano più riluttanti ..... per paura della mafia!!
Ti prometto comunque di propagandare la vostra proposta fra le molte persone che conosco,
sperando di farTi cosa utile e gradita. Spero anche di poter venire prima o poi a
conoscerTi di persona e a partecipare ad una riunione del Vostro Club.
Se Tu o qualcuno dei Tuoi Soci capitasse a Milano, sappiate che noi ci riuniamo ogni
lunedì sera alle 20,00' a Villa Mozart, in via Mozart n° 9, nel centro città.

Sono raniero viviani, presidente rc san benedetto del tronto nord, ho avuto la fortuna,
insieme ai miei familiari, negli anni passati di visitare diverse volte la vostra
splendida ragusa ibla; è un posto unico al mondo (l'ultima volta nel 2003, abbiamo
soggiornato a marina di ragusa, gustando da serafino una eccellente cena).
purtroppo verso quel periodo sarà molto difficile poter essere lì; in ogni caso auguro
alla manifestazione il più grande successo non escludendo che anch'io un'altra volta
possa essere lì (per rivedere la splendida cattedrale di s.giorgio?)

What is your official language?
The Hotel rate as detailed in your mail of 1-12-04 is it in America dollar on Euro?

that letter will be sent to your Embassy or consulate prior to my request of an Entry
VISA.

Till july this year I was the president of the Rotary club Purmerend in the Netherlands
(15 km North of Amsterdam).
In 1985 I was a candidate for the election of EU-parliament. In 1986 I was elected as a
member of the Dutch Parliament
You announced on your website an EU-week of the Maastricht Institute.
I have the intention to make a reservation of a double occupancy room at the hotel
Mediterranean.
