Dear friend,
We invite you to attend at the fifth Rotarian week that, organized
by the local Rotary Club, after the success of the last year, will
be held in Ragusa (South-eastern Sicily) between the 9th and 16th of
may 2009. Aptly named the Rotarian week of Ibla Baroque, the event
intends to introduce this beautiful part of Baroque Sicily,
recognized by the UNESCO as a patrimony of humanity, to the
Rotarians of the whole world.
The program begins upon your arrival at Catania airport on Saturday
9 May, and finishes with your departure from Catania, Saturday 16
May. Included in your stay is a double-occupancy room at the
hotel
Best Western Mediterranean Palace Hotel ****(€ 1000,00 double room,
€ 1150,00 single room, € 900,00 for the third sleep) a block’s
distance from the city center. The price includes transfer fees to
and from Catania airport, full room and board – including drinks at
meals, guided bus tours, the gala performance, as well as medical
insurance “physicians non-stop”. It is not included the entry to the
Greek theater in Syracuse for the performance of the ancient drama
(€ 40,00).
The initiative doesn't have purpose of profit. Possible profits will
be poured to the Rotary Foudation. Possible losses will be, instead,
to load of the club organizer.
Representatives will be at your service during your entire stay to
include guides and assistants for every group.
Bookings
Participation is limited to 120 persons. The bookings may take place
prior march 15th, 2009 or until complete, using the form published
on the site www.rotaryragusa.it
, in order to be confirmed by our organization. The participants
will have to send, within fifteen days from confirmation, a down
payment of € 300,00 per person. The remaining fee to be submitted
prior to 3th May 2009. Payments may only be made by direct deposit
into the account at the Banca Agricola Popolare di Ragusa, Ragusa

31004 Intermed’s s.r.l. name.
Be advised, transportation to and from your departure point to
Catania, Italy, is not included. However, very affordable ticket
pricing can be made available through Herea Tours upon request.
