The Third Rotarian week,
organized by the local Rotary Club, after the success of the last years, will be held in
Ragusa (South-eastern Sicily) between the 2th and 9th of June 2007. Aptly named the
Rotarian week of Ibla Baroque, the event intends to introduce this beautiful part of
Baroque Sicily, recognized by the UNESCO as a patrimony of humanity, to the Rotarians of
the whole world.
The program begins upon your arrival at Catania airport on Saturday
2 June, and finishes with your departure from Catania, Saturday 9 June. Included in your
stay is a double-occupancy room (€ 900,00; € 1000,00 single room; €
800,00 for the third sleep) at the hotel Best Western Mediterranean Palace ****, a block's
distance from the city center. The prices are all included (transport from and to Catania
airport, stay 7 nights with treatment of full board included drinks, museums entries,
shows as from program, parking in garage for everyone arrives by car); Excluded only
Flight and drama in the Greek theatre of Syracusae (€ 40,00).
The booking form must be sent within March 31 st 2007. Within the same date (after our
confirmation for acceptance) you have to send a part payment equal to 30 /% of the total
one. Payments may only be made by direct deposit into the account of Intermed agency at
the Banca Agricola Popolare di Ragusa, Ragusa Agency n° 4, Account IT
86 V 05036 17004 CC 00 40307900 BIC POPRIT31004, in Intermed’s name.
The sale must be sent within one month by the arrival and that is within May 3 rd 2007.
The penalty for terminate before 20 days from the arrival it is of € 200,00; up to
ten days before the arrival it is of € 400,00 - After this period we cannot refund
anything.
Nb: the complete data (name, place and day of birth, address) of everyone is obbligatory
for the insurance; please, signal the presence of handicap and allergies or alimentary
intolerances. Travel agency "Herea tours" from Ragusa (phone/fax +390932653480)
can book the flight, on request.

Il Rotary Club di Ragusa
organizza in questa città (Italia, nella Sicilia sud orientale), dopo il successo delle
precedenti
edizioni, dal 2 al 9 giugno 2007 la "III settimana rotariana del
barocco ibleo". La manifestazione intende far conoscere ai rotariani di tutto il
mondo questa bellissima parte della Sicilia barocca, riconosciuta dall’Unesco
patrimonio dell’umanità.
Il programma inizia con l’accoglienza all’aeroporto di Catania sabato
2 giugno,
e termina con la partenza da Catania sabato 9 giugno; comprende il soggiorno a Ragusa, in
camera doppia (€ 900,00; € 1000,00 in camera singola; €
800,00 per il terzo
letto), nell'albergo Best Western Mediterraneo Palace**** . I prezzi sono
comprensivi di tutto (trasporto da e per l'aereoporto di Catania - Soggiorno 7 notti con
trattamento di pensione completa bevande incluse, ingressi a musei, spettacoli come da
programma, parcheggio in garage per chi arriva in auto); ESCLUSO IL VOLO AEREO E LO
SPETTACOLO AL TEATRO GRECO DI SIRACUSA (€ 40,00).
La prenotazione deve essere inviata entro il 31 MARZO 2007. Entro lo stesso termine
(dopo la nostra conferma per accettazione) andrà versato l’acconto pari al 30/% del
totale a mezzo bonifico bancario a favore dell'Agenzia Intermed,
su conto corrente presso Banca Agricola Popolare di Ragusa, agenzia
4 Ragusa, n° 307900,

Il saldo andrà versato entro un mese dall’arrivo e cioè entro il 3 MAGGIO 2007. La penale per disdette sino a 20 giorni prima dell’arrivo è di
€ 200,00; fino a dieci giorni prima dell’arrivo è di € 400,00- DOPO QUESTO
PERIODO NON POTRA’ ESSERE FATTO ALCUN RIMBORSO
